For groups that are having camps at Vässarö
We are so happy that you are coming to Vässarö!
Once you’ve made your booking you will soon get an email from us. This mail contains a booking confirmation and an invoice for the booking fee. After this, there is some forms you need to fill in and send back to us. We will send you these forms and you can also find them on this page to the right, “Forms in return to Vässarö”.
It’s great if all leaders joining the camp read through all information on the links to the right. Here we’ve gathered most of the information you need and it can hopefully answer all your questions.
Group leader gathering
In the spring each year we have a gathering with all leaders responsible for camps the following summer. We go through some information, booking of program activities and answer questions. This is also an oppertunity for different groups to work together with for example parts of their program.
This meeting happens both physically for the groups living in Stockholm but also digitally for international groups and groups from other parts of Sweden. This particular meeting is held in english.
Invitation to this meeting will come.
