Booking forms in return
You will recieve the forms when you have made your reservation. It’s important that we get the forms in return so that we can prepare for your stay in the best way.
Preliminary number of participants
This form has to be sent to us before 1st of February. If you have made your booking after that, please send the form immediately or as latest 2 weeks after the booking.
On this form you tell us how many you plan on being at the camp on each day.
Reservations of Program
This form we need before 1st of april. To give our program group exsisting of volonteers the possibility to lay the program puzzle for all groups we need your information. The final program is sent to you as latest 4 weeks before arrival.
The program you need to book in advance is: Trapper Trail, sail Lots/Torekov, sail Väderöjulle, sail optimistjolle, canoeing and rafting. The rest of the program you can book on sight.
Travel plan
On this form you tell us how and when you are planning on arriving to Vässarö.
Food supply
This form has to be sent as latest 5 weeks before your arrival.
It is important that particularly this form is sent to us in time – we order food based on this information. We need an updated number on your group, what food you want when your leaving the island and if you have some special wishes regarding the food.
